XoJulez Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your XoJulez pieces! If something isn’t quite right, we happily accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your original ship date.
Before You Send It Back
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached.

Accompanied by your original invoice.
How to Mail Your Return
Please pack up your item, include your invoice, and ship via a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to:

Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Because we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, we strongly recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund is processed.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: We’ll email you the moment your return is processed. Please allow up to 15 days from the date we receive your package for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

Exchanges: We currently only process direct exchanges for the exact same item. Want a different style? Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order online!
