XoJulez Shipping Policy

We want to get your XoJulez pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible! Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

🕒 Processing & Timeline

We pack and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from our Rhode Island warehouse.

  • Standard Orders: Typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • The Cutoff: We do our best to ship orders placed before 1:00 PM EST the same day, but please allow extra time during big sales, product launches, or holidays.

  • Tracking: The moment your order heads out the door, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

🚚 Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (FREE): We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Packages typically arrive within 1–5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Need it sooner? We offer UPS 2-Day and UPS 3-Day shipping. Rates are calculated right at checkout.

    • Note: Expedited shipping is only available within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions & Delays

  • Where We Ship: We currently ship within the United States only. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Carrier Delays: While we do everything we can to get your order out on time, XoJulez cannot guarantee exact delivery dates if the carrier experiences unexpected delays (such as severe weather or holiday backups).
